With the Employee Records solution, districts can assign and track documents, electronically sign forms, and centrally monitor it all online. Get notified when your record changes, keep track of your points, renew, pay fees, change your address, and more. The recipients signature is obtained at the time of delivery and a record is maintained by the Post Office. This information can be accessed online using a unique tracking number. This solution helps districts manage electronic forms, by automating the once paper-based human resource processes like onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals. Electronic Certified Mail provides delivery information regarding your item. Unauthorized or improper use of the system is prohibited and may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties.
